Line Cook Position

Immediate positions for day & night shifts available.

Must be dependable, hardworking, have flexible schedule, able to work holidays and special events,  well groomed appearance, have own transportation, team player, experience in restaurant or night club industry, and able to be professional and communicate well with others.

• Prepare all food items according to standard recipes and menus to ensure consistency & quality of product to guests
• Perform all assigned prep work and replenish/restock work station with supplies
• Maintain working knowledge of kitchen equipment including a oven, grill, fryer, etc.Job Qualifications:
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• One year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge

Bartender

Must be dependable, hardworking, have flexible schedule, able to work weekends, holidays and special events, well groomed appearance, have own transportation, team player, experience in restaurant or night club industry, and able to be professional and communicate well with others.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
• Wait on customers at Bar as well as serving an assigned section of tables
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Qualifications

• Must have table serving experience
• Proven working experience as a bartender is a plus
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Barback Position

No Experience Required – Experience is a plus – Barbacking is a physically demanding job so good physical condition is a plus.
